Terms of Service

These terms govern your access to Phaseo Poster, a social-media planning, approval, scheduling, publishing, and analytics service operated by Phaseo. By creating an account or using Phaseo Poster, you agree to these terms.

If you use Phaseo Poster for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.

You must provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials, and promptly tell us about suspected unauthorized access. You remain responsible for activity performed through your account and workspaces.

Phaseo Poster can connect to third-party social platforms through their APIs. Your use of each connected platform remains subject to that platform's terms and policies. You may disconnect a social account at any time.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Phaseo Poster the limited rights needed to store, process, adapt, transmit, and publish that content at your direction and to operate the service.

You are responsible for ensuring that your content and publishing activity are lawful, accurate, and permitted by the relevant social platform. Do not submit content that infringes rights, is malicious, or is otherwise unlawful.

Do not misuse Phaseo Poster, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, circumvent platform limits, distribute malware, conduct abusive automation, or use the service to spam or deceive people.

We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, third parties, connected platforms, or Phaseo Poster, or when these terms are materially breached.

Paid features are billed according to the plan and billing period shown at purchase. Applicable taxes may be added. Subscriptions renew until cancelled, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless stated otherwise at purchase.

We may change plans or pricing prospectively. We will provide reasonable notice when a change affects an existing paid subscription.

We work to keep Phaseo Poster reliable, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Publishing may fail or be delayed because of third-party outages, API changes, account permissions, platform review rules, rate limits, or content restrictions outside our control.

Features and supported platforms may change as their APIs and policies evolve.

To the extent permitted by law, Phaseo Poster is provided without implied warranties and Phaseo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, including lost profits, data, reach, or business opportunity.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits your mandatory consumer rights.

You may stop using Phaseo Poster and delete or disconnect accounts through the product where available. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination continue to apply.

We may update these terms as the service or law changes. Material changes will be communicated through the service or another reasonable channel, and the updated date will appear above.
