How Phaseo Poster handles account, workspace, content, and connected-platform data.
Last updated: 9 August 2026
1. Who we are
Phaseo Poster is a social-media management service operated by Phaseo. This policy explains how we handle personal data when you visit, create an account, connect social profiles, or use Phaseo Poster.
2. Data we collect
We collect account and workspace information such as your name, email address, authentication identifiers, membership, roles, preferences, and subscription status.
When you connect a social platform, we receive the profile details and authorization tokens that platform permits, such as an account identifier, display name, avatar, granted scopes, and token expiry. We do not receive your primary social-platform password.
We process content you create or upload, publishing instructions, schedules, approvals, account selections, media, publishing results, and available analytics. We also collect necessary device, diagnostic, security, and usage information when you use the service.
3. How we use data
We use data to authenticate users, provide workspaces, connect accounts, schedule and publish content, retrieve permitted analytics, process payments, provide support, secure and troubleshoot the service, and comply with legal obligations.
We process connected-platform data only to provide features you request and in accordance with the permissions you grant. We do not sell personal data or connected social-platform data.
4. Legal bases
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we process data to perform our contract with you, pursue legitimate interests such as security and service improvement, comply with legal obligations, and act on consent where consent is required.
5. Sharing and processors
We share data with service providers that help operate Phaseo Poster, such as hosting, databases, authentication, storage, payments, monitoring, and customer-support providers. They may process data only for the services they provide to us.
We transmit data to social platforms when you connect an account or direct Phaseo Poster to retrieve information or publish content. We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business reorganization subject to appropriate safeguards.
6. Retention and security
We retain data for as long as needed to provide Phaseo Poster, meet legal and accounting requirements, resolve disputes, and protect the service. Retention periods vary by data type and account status.
We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect data, including access controls and secure handling of authorization tokens. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
7. Your choices and rights
You can revoke a connected social account through Phaseo Poster or the relevant platform. You may also request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection where those rights apply.
Deleting or disconnecting data may not immediately remove backups or information we must retain for legal, security, or fraud-prevention reasons.
8. International transfers and children
Our providers may process data in countries other than yours. Where required, we use recognized safeguards for international transfers.
Phaseo Poster is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13 or the higher minimum age required in their country.
9. Changes and contact
We may update this policy as Phaseo Poster, connected platforms, or privacy requirements change. We will identify the current version by its updated date.
For privacy questions or requests, contact Phaseo through the support channel available in Phaseo Poster.
